In our meeting on Dec 13, 2010, we brainstormed some ideas for principles the HHLG can stand for and advocate. We came up with the following:

1. Support and defend the US Constitution. Resist efforts to supplant our Constitution with international law.
2. Fiscal responsibility
3. Strong national defense
4. Energy independence
5. Secure all borders and enforce immigration laws
6. Limited government
7. Defend U.S. sovereignty
8. Eliminate the Income Tax and replace it with the Fair Tax
9. Audit the Federal Reserve
10. Eliminate unnecessary government departments
